Nutrigenomics Revisited: Separating the Hype from the Opportunity | Product

$25.00

This presentation will review the development of the concept of nutrigenomics from the announcement of the decoding of the human genome in 2000 to developments in the field in 2016. The presentation will provide an assessment of why the early optimism concerning the clinical impact of nutrigenomics was not realized in the first decade of the 21st century, and how progress in understanding the nutrigenomics the past six years has moved from the field from disillusionment to increased excitement about its clinical application. The presentation will use specific clinical examples of the value of nutrigenomic assessment in designing personalized nutritional intervention programs. This presentation was recorded at the Integrative Healthcare Symposium Annual Conference.
