Infertility rates and hormone imbalances continue to climb in the United States. More and more clients are seeking experts who can provide impactful diet and lifestyle recommendations to support hormone health and fertility.
In this presentation we will walk through the most common reasons for hormonal troubles, how to assess hormone health and how to use simple nutrition and lifestyle strategies to promote optimal health. We live in a time where our clients have access to nearly limitless amounts of information about what they should and should not be doing to promote health - often causing additional stress and analysis paralysis. This presentation aims to reinforce the importance of foundational health strategies to improve client outcomes and decrease the overwhelm of clients trying to do it all.

Speaker: Kaely McDevitt, MS, RD, LD
Kaely McDevitt is a Registered Dietitian specializing in nutrition for women's health. She owns a virtual private practice where she and her team help their clients overcome long-standing hormone symptoms through personalized nutrition. She received her BS in Dietetics from James Madison University, her MS in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from California State Long Beach and completed her dietetic internship at Saint Louis University. Kaely is passionate about simplifying optimal health and empowering women to take the driver's seat over their wellbeing. In addition to her work with clients, Kaely also runs a practitioner training program called Leveraging Labs that teaches nutrition professionals how to expertly incorporate functional testing into practice.
