Join Betsy Redmond, Ph.D., MMSc, RDN, on June 15 at 2 PM ET as she explains how to use the OMX™ Organic Metabolomics profile to identify metabolic signatures associated with disease.

Metabolic signatures have been defined as a pattern of metabolites consistently associated with a disease or condition. These signatures have emerged as valuable tools in identifying impairments in the flow of key biochemical pathways. The use of metabolites to understand an individual’s susceptibility to disease is an expanding area in research.

Metabolomic studies offer an objective assessment of pathways that are associated with disease. Dr. Redmond will review metabolic signatures associated with aging, diabetes, and depression that practitioners can use to individualize and target lifestyle changes for patients.
