This interactive presentation will invite the participant to sample 3 of the 8 branches of yoga, including; Pranayama (breathing), Asanas (gentle poses/movement), and a short Dhyana (meditation). Participants will remain seated, allowing them to modify the practice to meet their needs.

Yoga is a holistic practice that unites our body, mind, breath; and connects us to the spiritual aspect of our lives. People start yoga for physical benefits, helping them with flexibility and pain reduction. After practicing, people often realize other aspects, including spirituality. Yoga can help us move inward, transcend into ourselves, and increase our spirituality.
