After receiving her undergraduate degree in traditional nutrition, Aicacia worked in the field of Functional Medicine, where she was trained by an MD to help patients from all over the country treat and reverse their various autoimmune conditions through diet and supplementation. Aicacia now serves as the Director of Scientific Affairs at Microbiome Labs, where she stays up-to-date with the latest research concerning the gut microbiome.
