Pain that originates from a broken heart is as real as the pain from a broken bone.
“In the US, there are greater than 50% more heart attacks in winter months than in summer months, and it’s mostly about stress”.
Our interpretation of a stressful event gives rise to judgment and beliefs. The way in which we perceive is an expression of our uniqueness. Our perception colors our world and allows us to pain our own portrait of life.
This same perception creates a language of its own. The language your Self speaks is one that makes sense to you and you alone. In times of crisis, you might become so overwhelmed that you are rendered speechless, in your body and in your mind. The very thought of that crisis is banned from your consciousness. You may have heard the terms spoken, “Perish the thought!” This is often said in a humorous way to indicate that something is simply too terrible to be thought of. In fact, that terrible thought cannot be destroyed and so it is put somewhere in your being, stored for future refrence. You are the steward of that thought and you know where the treasure is buried. Sometimes, we forget where we put it. It then becomes the homeopath’s job to find the key to the safe.
