John Weeks is publisher-editor of the Integrator Blog News & Reports, (www.theintegratorblog.com) a news and comment site that links the leadership of the diverse stakeholders with the various disciplines involved in the integration of natural healthcare and conventional practice. Weeks is a writer, organizer and consultant. His diverse work experience in integration includes: contractor for the National Institutes of Health and the Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner; panelist for the White House Commission on CAM Policy; presenter for the American Hospital Association and the Consortium of Academic Health Centers for Integrative Medicine; and service as a resource for the US Institute of Medicine, the New York Times, The Boston Globe, Newsweek, Modern Health Care and others. Weeks co-convened the Integrative Medicine Industry Leadership Summits (2000-2002), co-founded and directed the National Education Dialogue to Advance Integrated Health Care, and currently serves as executive director of the Academic Consortium for Complementary and Alternative Health Care.
