In a May 8, 2008 post on the AlternativeHealthPractice.com blog, Tara Gignac, ND and Dan Clements share a simple but effective tip to improve customer service. To ease the financial burden on patients, a bowl of change was placed on the practice’s counter with a sign that read, “Please allow us to pay for your parking.” They found that customers appreciated the gesture and often contributed money to the bowl to help the next person, instead of taking anything for themselves. Read the full story here…
