Dr. Lynn Ho shares the changes she made to improve office efficiency in her busy solo practice.
Review by Integrative Practitioner:
Dr. Lynn Ho opened a solo practice in Rhode Island in 2004 after 13 years as a salaried family doctor. Although the start-up was fairly smooth, the reality of running a micro practice began taking a toll eighteen months into it, when Dr. Ho found herself routinely bringing unfinished work home. To improve office efficiency, Dr. Ho spent several months testing and implementing tools, from on-line booking to electronic billing. The changes she made profoundly improved her practice’s efficiency. She shares her experience in “7 Strategies for Creating a More Efficient Practice.”
